Nice store but I don't think Lisa likes her job

I have been coming to this store because it’s always the only one open for gas when I’m getting off work. Several weekends I have come in to get my gas pumped, and the gentleman working the pump area has never once pumped my gas for me. I make sure I park in the area where they are supposed to assist me and he will ignore me, mumble something and walk away, but if there’s a pretty lady he seems very keen on helping them and even following them into the store. When I’ve asked for help or gone inside the cashier will usually ask him to help me and he always says that it’s not his job. I’m very tired after working 12 hour days and sometimes I would just like my gas pumped for me. It’s a real shame that people just don’t seem to want to work anymore.

I come here a lot to get gas. I’ve noticed two employees scanning their own rewards card instead of asking for mine when I go to pay for gas. When I asked the pump attendant about entering my rewards number and explained the lady scanned her own card he just confirmed she got the points for herself and said “sorry for the inconvenience” and something about still training her. The guy with glasses that works in the morning does it too. it’s annoying.

Currently my go to for quick trips to get soda or candy or something. It’s close to my apartment and has a rewards card. Never had a bag experience there either My review only covers the convenient store. I’ve never gotten gas here because I don’t drive.

They need to put signs up telling you that they are not pumping gas after 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. or if nobody's on staff it's all self-serve but otherwise you can't just go around expecting us to know that on a certain hour of the day
